Observation

- there was a mixed age group of infants, toddlers and preschool in the large room during the site visit and it is not a mixed age group classroom - a teacher left the classroom to use the restroom and left the classroom with children unsupervised for several minutes - staff to child ratio was not maintained when the staff person was gone for approximately 10 minutes - there were 6 children, including 2 infants with one staff person
